Terms & Conditions for Students/Parents

Introduction:

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between [Tutors Factory Private Limited], referred to as "the Company," and its clients, referred to as "the Client" or "the Student," for the provision of home tutoring services.

Registration:

1. The client must register their student by providing accurate and complete information to access our services.
2. The company charges one-time refundable registration charges @ INR 2,000 subject to the terms and conditions.

Tutor Selection:

1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to match a suitable tutor to the Client's requirements based on subject matter, grade level, and any specific preferences provided by the Client.
2. The company will arrange a demo session within a reasonable timeframe.
3. The Company and the client reserve the right to change the assigned tutor at any time based on availability, performance, or other relevant factors.
4. If the client is dissatisfied with the assigned tutor, they may contact the company promptly. The company will then take the necessary steps to assign another tutor.
5. The client is strictly prohibited from directly tutoring sessions with the assigned tutor. Non-compliance may lead to legal action by the company.

Fees and Payments:

1. The Client agrees to pay the fees as agreed upon before the commencement of tutoring services.
2. Payment terms, including frequency (e.g. quarterly, half-yearly or annually) and method of payment, will be specified separately and agreed upon by both parties.
3. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges as specified in the payment terms.
4. The client can make payments through various methods, including cash, bank transfer, UPI, or cheque. For cheque payments, services will commence only after the cheque is cleared. Any charges incurred due to cheque dishonor will be the responsibility of the client.
5. The client is strictly prohibited from disclosing the fees charged by the company to the assigned tutor. Failure to comply may result in fines or penalties.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

1. The Client must provide at least 24 Hrs' notice to reschedule or cancel a tutoring session.
2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as determined by the Company and as mentioned in the refund and cancellation policy.

Responsibilities of the Client :

1. The Client agrees to provide a suitable environment for tutoring sessions, free from distractions and conducive to learning.
2. The Client agrees to provide any necessary learning materials or resources as recommended by the tutor.

Responsibilities of the Company:

1. The Company agrees to provide qualified tutors who meet the necessary educational and professional standards.
2. The Company agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Client's personal information and academic progress.

Amendments:

The Company may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The Client will be notified of any changes in writing.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
