Refund and Cancellation Policy

educational partner. We are thrilled to welcome you to the Tutors
Factory Private Limited family.
At Tutors Factory Private Limited, we strive to provide the best
possible educational experience to our clients. However, we understand
that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and
cancellations will be processed for our home tutoring services
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client:

Clients can cancel a scheduled tutoring session at any time
before the session starts. In such cases, the session will be
rescheduled, or the fee for that canceled session will not be
charged (calculated on a pro-rata basis).
Cancellation by Tutor:

If a tutor needs to cancel a scheduled session, they must inform
both the client and the company at least 12 hours in advance.

In the event of a tutor-initiated cancellation, the session will
then be rescheduled at the client's convenience at no additional
cost to the client.
Cancellation of Subscription Plan

Clients who have purchased a subscription plan may cancel it at
any time by providing a valid reason. The reason for
cancellation will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, a
refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date
of approval.

Refunds for the remaining sessions will be calculated based on
the number of sessions completed and the original price of the
plan. A cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be
deducted.
Refund Policy
Full Refund

A full refund will be issued if a client cancels a single
session with more than 24 hours' notice, or if a client cancels
a subscription plan within 48 hours of purchase, as long as no
sessions have been conducted.
Partial Refund

A partial refund will be provided for any remaining sessions if
a client cancels the plan after one or more sessions have been
conducted. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for
the unused sessions.

If a client cancels a package after the initial 48-hour period,
a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused sessions, less a
10% administrative fee.
No Refund

No refund will be issued if a client fails to attend a scheduled
session without prior notice (a "no-show").
Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date
of the refund request approval.

Refunds will be issued by the payment method used by the client
other than cash.

Any bank or payment gateway fees incurred during the refund
process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies
or natural disasters), exceptions to the above policies may be
considered on a case-by-case basis.

Clients are required to provide relevant documentation to support
their request for a refund or rescheduling under exceptional
circumstances.
Policy Changes

Tutors Factory Private Limited reserves the right to amend this
policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant
changes via email or through our website.

It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy
periodically for any updates or changes.
Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding cancellations or refunds, clients
are encouraged to contact Tutors Factory customer support.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the issue may be escalated to
management for further review.
